SHIPPING

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information. Please be advised that there may be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems may arise that are beyond our control.

 

We use USPS or UPS for all shipping and free shipping is available on orders $150.00+!

We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time, so please plan ahead when ordering a gift, or for an event or holiday.

During Summer Months Only:

Your order will be shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays during the summer months to minimize your package from possibly sitting in the post office or distribution centers for extended periods of time in the heat.  Your package will contain cool-shield insulation to ensure that your candles are protected from extreme heat.

 

Shipping International:

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We collect sales tax for all purchases made by US residents.
